US Patent 60/655,689 Pending

Q. What if I have more than one CD title to sell? Q. How do I clean the CD Seller? Q. Q. What should I put on my banner advertisement in the sign holder. Q. What if the CD Seller doesn't do what you claim it will? Q. Can I find any other product on the market that is like The CD Seller? Q. What prevents the theft of CDs? Q. What prevents theft of cash? Q. What prevents theft of the entire CD Seller?
A. Easy! Dividers with a tab at the top are available for artists with more than one CD to sell. Simply put a divider between each of the different titles in the CD holder and advertise the titles on the tabs and on the banner in the sign holder! The CD Seller holds a total of 12 CDs; that's 6 copies of 2 titles, 4 copies of 3 titles or any combination you choose!
A. This is very important! Use only mild soap or detergent and water or glass cleaners that DO NOT CONTAIN ALCOHOL and soft clean towels to clean The CD Seller. Use of cleaners that contain abrasives will scratch the clear fine surface finish of the acrylic CD Seller. Use of cleaners that contain alcohol will "craze" (cause many small hairline cracks that turn the surface milky-white) the clear fine surface finish of the acrylic CD Seller.
A. Anything you wish. However I have one pointer for you. From my experience, printing the letters
“CDs” and the price in very large and bold characters over the cash box will drive more traffic up to The CD Seller and generate more sales. Perhaps customers further away more easily understand that the CDs are available for sale that way. I’m not sure except that it definitely helped me increase sales.
A. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with The CD Seller, it may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase.
A. No. The CD Seller has a US patent pending. There is nothing else like it!
A. While it is possible for persons to steal a CD, the possibility of this happening is less than it would be in a record store where product is in a rack or display and not always under the watch of the store personnel. The CD Seller should be positioned next to the stage where your product will be most noticed and, incidentally, in constant view while you perform. You will be able to watch as your fans put money into the cashbox, take their CD and give you a friendly nod. If you and your bandmates will be away from the stage area on breaks and you are fearful of theft from members of the audience (Don't forget that The CD Seller will probably be around many people and that in itself is a deterrent to theft.), the number of CDs in the product display can be reduced to one or two units between shows or in the worst case, all CDs can be removed between shows. Don't forget that the cost of one stolen CD is probably less than $2.00. The profits on the sales of even one additional CD is probably between $8.00 and $13.50. So even if one CD is stolen, (It's never happened to me and I've not had reports of CD theft from any user.), the loss will be more than compensated by the additional CD sales generated by The CD Seller.
A. Cash is deposited into a secure, locked acrylic cashbox with a hinged lid and padlock.
A. The CD Seller is securely mounted to any standard microphone stand. There is a fitting with 5/8-27 internal threads mounted to the bottom of every CD Seller. The CD Seller is screwed onto the microphone stand up to seven complete revolutions and a threaded lock-washer is tightened to complete the mounting.
We're so sure you'll sell more CDs with "The CD Seller" that if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund!
